Even running the RAM at 1600MHz with a 4.2GHz overclock I need nearly 1.39v.
I assume you've already check the RAM with MemTest?
Didn't bother with memtest. Same problem happened with my friend's memory in my system. Mine worked fine in his system.
I've already taken it apart and set up an rma for the CPU. Has to be the memory controller at this point. When it gets back, I'll be selling it. This seems to be a common issue on 1366, and I'm moving on to something else. I've been messing with it for 6 months.
I'm either gonna go SB, or get a 990fx board and a cheap quad as a placeholder for bulldozer.
