would go for higher end graphics cards instead of that case (something more orthodox would be better even though more people would have it oh well). A good SSD as a boot drive instead of the raptor. and this monitor instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001481
Still needs work.

The case is a bit much and feel i am swallowing a bit for it. One thing i am worried about is space for tubing and wires, and i guess if i did switch cases i would have to get more parts for the water cooling, any suggestions?

would depend on if you mind rear mounting a radiator or not. shouldnt have to worry about space for tubing and wires and the price for extra parts shouldnt be to considerable compared to the price of that case.

Wow....so many things that need to be changed.

Case
That case is a waste of money. Look at the Case Lab cases and you'll be much better off and so will your wallet.
Hard drive blocks
Unless you are using velovciraptors there is no need. hard drives don't get that hot.
Tubing
16 feet of tubing?? you can get away with one of those packs and still have a few feet extra. just make sure to plan your loops and dont start randomly cutting tubing
GPU
The GTX 460 is nice but it is completely idiotic to get two of them in SLI right off the bat (let alone watercool them). If you do that you are completely limited as to your upgrade path. When 460s no longer cut it (getting there soon) you will have to sell them for ~$100 with blocks considering they are already at $150. Go with a single 580 and watercool that.
Powersupply
Unless you are planning to run four 580s or two 590s you have no need for a 1200 watt power supply. You can SLI 580s on a 750-850 watt power supply and be perfectly fine.
Ram
Are you doing anything that will actually require that much RAM?? If you aren't doing something that you know will require a lot of RAM 8gb would work and be complete overkill. You can go with 4gb but since memory is so cheap right now you might as well go with 8gb for a new rig.
Harddrives
Lose the Hitachi and the velociraptor. The Samsung F3 1tb is the fastest 1tb 7200 RPM drive you can get. Get two of those for RAID 0 and be fine. If you want more storage then there is the F4 which is 2tb. The Velociraptor is over priced and a waste. Get an SSD and get better performance and nowhere near as much heat.

havent really messed around much with ssd drives any recommendations but i l,ike the raid idea with the 1tb. That will become part of the new build for sure. Defintaly gonna look up some more parts will post updated list later on. And to everyone who has offered their advice i would like to thank you. Getting out side thoughts really helps
