Very easy, Just slip off the nut, add tubing, and screw nut back on.

Compression fittings are very easy to work with but are a bit more expensive. They are comprised of two parts. A threaded barb and a collar. The tubing gets pinched between the barb and the collar. Check out this video by juggalo showing how they work.

The only thing you're missing is the water block for the 3gb 580. It isn't a reference PCB so you're going to have to look around or email Koolance or EK to see if they have any for that specific GPU. Do this BEFORE you buy the card in case you have to switch to a Zotac or Gainword 3gb 580.

What games are you going to be playing I may be able to help with your input devices. I really wouldn't advise getting a Razer Headset.

OH and one other issue. How many monitors are you going to be running? That extra 3gb of vram is pretty much worthless unless you're going triple monitor. And for you to go triple monitor with Nvidia you need at least two cards...

Still 5.1 headsets are garbage.

Also we need to know how many monitors and at what resolution.
