The case is great , i had it before i switched to my danger den torture rack. It was extremely roomy and the airflow in it is perfecto.

As others have said , if you can afford it , go with the 580, you will not be disappointed, and that ASUS card is a beast!

exactly! is it worth the extra money ... thats what im trying to decided ...

so many options!!!!

Only you can decide if its worth the extra money. I love my 580, and I wouldn't trade it for any other GPU out there. I always go for the best single GPU card I can afford though.

"i want a psu that is 80+ Gold Certified, this computer will be running most of the day i don't want someitng thats going to be a power hog!"

Your computer would not be sucking up 850 watts every minute. I doubt your computer will be at 100% 24/7. People only want a 80+ Gold psu due to the power demands their system requires. A real rating 12V rail is something important if you are planning to SLI two GTX 580 and have a heavily OC cpu.

The 580 is the best single gpu out there. If you can afford a single card its always better than CF or SLI as it won't run into issues with some programs/games.

it will be a server so it will be running 24/7 but if that rating is only if their is a big demand of wattage to power peripherals than maybe its not needed for me!

Peripherals such as usb connections? No they don't require much power consumption. Its up to you, but as many others have stated your psu is overkill for this system, and you can easily save 50-80 dollars and spend it on something else. Totally your call

I meant I will have 4 f3 spinpoint drives, 2 ssd, 1 580 gpu .... I thought having a psu that has a 80+ gold rating would save me energy as these devises draw power constantly almost 24/7
