Which one of this PSU's should I get for my sig rig?

I can get them at the same price. The TX650 is the V1.

Neither are great options TBH... and your rig can be powered just fine by a good 400-450w.

Can somebody suggest a better one then ? Still on budget though. I have a seventeam 550w st-baz or something lying here. Should it be enough?
