You should be able to get 850core easily...there is little gain in memory oc, but 2000-2100 should be do able, temp should end up fine.

alright thanks for the information , my temp is at 30-40 idle while gaming its at 50-60 but i have to pump my fan to 85% speed which is max on the evga 570 my current core clock is 797 Shader 1594 Memory 1950 if any 570 user comes over here and read this could u leave a reply please

So you are at 850 core and 2100 mem? If so test stability with Kombustor. If it doesn't crash try 900 core.
And bump up your shader to 1700 or 1800.
Also run heaven. See what you get now.
