Working with a Liquid Fusion Helix Res

Thread Starter
Anyone have experience working with this res? (http://www.frozenqpcmods.com/lf.php)

Many moons ago I planned my H20 loop and now that I am on the brink of ordering Im a bit confused. When a few of you guys looked at my loop (main components pictured below) the compression fittings were fine. However, when I look at other builds they use 45 and 90 degree barbs (especially with this res)

like http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=210882

so whats the deal? do I need to use these fittings? also should I be getting the side ports on the res?

Get all the ports (and appropriate plugs) you can so you can best lay your loop out. It's not always easy to know which ports you will need to use until you begin to install it.
