Its a bug in chrome

Probably the sandbox mode causing it. What version of chrome are you using?

Please update you Adobe reader otherwise youll be exploited by pdf malware.

But he also stated that "explorer" was doing it as well (which I assume to mean internet explorer). I'm thinking it's either something malicious, or ISP.

yes internet explorer is doing this as well and i did already update adobe once i saw the results. should i use that nice little guide spoony has to check and see if i can catch anything?

no harm in doing it. Go for it. If you got any problems just let me know. IE also use a sandbox environment.

Also download orbit download manager and install it. Use it to download. It integrate nicely with chrome and ie. Many people complained about those two download speed. I can only assume as they run in a sandbox mode.
