Is your memory overclocked as well?

If so, drop your memory frequency way down, so you can take it out of your equation.

Besides Vcore increase for your cpu, you can also bump up your CPU VTT voltage
& your CPU PLL voltage
Make sure (in your bios), your QPI frequency isn't to high

Have you read any guides as to overclocking a socket 1156 board?

How far into Prime95 do you get when stressing at 3.8GHz???

Yeah I turn my memory down to 800Mhz

i also got all power save settings like c1e speedstep and turbo i leae hyperthreading on but not sure if i would benefit from turbo even though you can set multiplier to 22 instead of 21

See if your system runs fine with these:

191x21
2:8 memory ratio with your ram running at 9-9-9-24

1.35v vcore
1.35v vtt
1.81v pll

*191x21=4021mhz

no option for pll at 1.81 so i set to 1.825
qpi at 4.270
theres some other voltage stuff in my bios like pch, ,dimm, and mch strap

Temps are about 30* from TJ max then again i need to get a better case since this one has bad airflow and I'm gonna be switching to water cooling but i still got an error in prime95 after about 45 seconds
