so from i5 750 2gb ram and 5770 i should go with i5 2500 and overclock it and 4gb ram and 2 560 ? or shouldn't i get 1 more ati card so i cfx , like small 1 like 5770 + 1 card which can beat gtx 580 ?

According to this poll, the most common 24/7 overclock for Sandybridge 2500K/2600K is in the 4.3 - 4.5GHz Range..

You may probably already know this but you will need a new LGA1155 motherboard for that i5 2500K. Yes, you could also consider doing Cross Fire if you get a 5770 for cheap.

I would not upgrade to a whole new system. Do this.

Get 4gb ram for your current setup, and get a second 5770.
I have both a 2500k and 750 systems (Both almost identical besides CPU), and gaming performance is exactly the same....

i5 750 -> i5 2500K is not a very big upgrade. You'd be much better off upgrading your graphics.
