HTML5, I'm using Chrome so it's default for me on YouTube.

No, you have to input the DNS servers in your computer.

Go to control panel > network and internet > network and sharing center > change adapter settings > (your active connection wifi or LAN) > right click, go to properties > click IPv4 then properties > Click use the following DNS server addresses: then input the two addresses on the bottom of OpenDNS.com (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220).

This is noticeably faster, thanks. Instead of loading little by little of the page it is instantaneously there, awesome.

720p videos load much faster in youtube using flash for me. I no longer have to buffer for a few minutes, the videos start/buffer very quickly now

i see no difference, youtube is still slow as hell even with my 30mbps connection.
