Exactly, but the kicker is that they claim their business lines are unaffected by such inhibitors when in reality, they are and they're lying again about it. They already were slapped for the throttling of the residential lines and now openly admit that they currently do that but not for business.. bs.

bps, and even that speed was not available two years ago (managing an on-line storefront from a capped satellite connection really sucks).
I wonder how long I'll have to wait for a fiber line to be installed along our 5 mile dirt road?
The school I went to paid $150,000 for a fiber line to be installed into the nearest backbone by the service provider they used... lol. Got that kind of money lying around? you could expedite it, haha.
