i read some where that i needed a p67 board for overclocking my i5 2500k thats why i picked the biostar,

If you could stretch you budget a bit on the motherboard, I'd get THIS. Review HERE.

As for the case, I'd get THIS instead. It is the revised version of the case you originally posted, plus much cheaper.

Yea the asus will allow you to oc your computer the problem with biostar is they arnt very good for high end cpu's they are ok for amd athlons but not really for i5's

my mistake I thought it was a p67 board.
