I'll take your i5 bro...

Phenom 2's are far behind in gaming... Bottlenecks are a *****. But do whatcha want.

I love my i5 although it doesn't oc well.. I'm building this PC for my bro and he has tight budget that's why Ill give my toxic 5850 to him.. he doesn't wanna spend a lot that's why III was thinking either 1090t or 965,955.

Your i5 750 is much better for games than the 1090T/965/955. They're quite underpowered. If you're on a budget theyre brilliant though. But your current CPU is more powerful

I would go for the 2500k because its going to give you a much better cpu experience all-around than the 955. Its certainly worth the $70 premium to get one of the best processors made today...

Crap, I didn't realize you already had an i5 750. Why would you need to upgrade that at all? Its great for gaming...

As I said previously.. I had a Phenom II x4 @ 3.72 and saw a BIG increase when going to the 2500k. Get the one you prefer but even with it being just for gaming (I only game as well) the 2500k is worth the extra $30-40.

Just get the 2500k already. Your i5 750 will stomp any AMD chip on the market right now.
