Bought a new Mobo and RAM, now i get random BSOD's

Hey everybody,
I was really excited last week to finally get my new parts finally, and installed them, took my time, but after a fresh Windows 7 install and a week of updating drivers and trying to solve this myself I finally need to look elsewhere for help. Problems seemed to have started when I plugged in my external sound card/audio interface (Line 6 UX2) and seems to be plugged in whenever the BSOD's happen. This is giving me hope that it is a driver problem and not a hardware problem. I have a bunch of dumps from the BSOD's and also can screen cap CPU-z or something just let me know what info you need and I will reply asap. Really bummed about this, I hope someone can tell me what's up.

most likely its a ram problem
look up the timings and voltage for the ram you have and put the values in bios
x-x-x-xx = CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS

Ok, system info should be updated. I am also checking each stick of RAM with memtest86 at the moment, so far 3 of 4 sticks are fine. I will manually change the values for BIOS after I check the last stick. Still on auto, whoops.

All sticks of RAM have been tested together and induvidually and no problems were found. Do I need to change DRAM 1st information or 2nd information?

raise your cpu/nb voltage a little bit. If you stock CPU/NB voltage is 1.15V make it 1.175-1.20V

No problems so far, but I can never be so sure, since they are very random. Most of the time it seems to "dislike", i guess, the external sound card when I boot with it plugged in ( it is USB 2.0, not firewire) and the first task i try and preform, boom BSOD. just a matter of waiting and seeing if this is stable i guess.

I believe I found out the problem. Did a bit of research on the Line 6 community forums and found out that AMD machines have a USB filter driver that for some reason causes BSOD's with the Line 6 drivers. Uninstalled using some instructions and so far so good. now I can OC without any interruptions hopefully... finally after a week. I will keep this updated to ensure the problem is fixed.

I'd check for other drivers as well (x86 bit drivers especially) because when I first got my computer, it was getting BSODs. I found that it was a stupid java driver causing it.
