Thanks,
I think I will stay with the HD6950 biggrin.gif

So if I like ATI the HD6950 is my best choice right?
I play FPS, RPG, and Strategy games tongue.gif

Ref designs of the 2GB Radeon 6950 are hard to come by now, so unlocking the more newer ones is either not possible or at a risk. You'd probably be better off getting a MSI 2GB 6950 Twin Frozr card and just overlocking it as it will give simliar, if not better, results to the 6970 unlock.

Whats up with this chart? It has the 6970 twice. IMO, the 6870s in CF are really good bang for buck. Faster than GTX580.

No. ATI>Nvidia for the price. Nvidia>ATI for performance.

Gotta be a big typo. It would make sense for that to be a single Radeon 6790

...as mentioned already apparently.

2 (Crossfired) 6790s are better than the 6970. Although then you need a better PSU. Id go with a 2GB 6950.
