I give up on this, no one wants to accept my argument at face value and instead you all stretch it out even further than I do into the ridiculous.
As it stands, I don't like exclusive content, I don't believe it's for the good of the game, and I do believe that it will result in problems in the future.
we even provided ways to get the exclusive content if it means so much to you.
I see this as a reward for being loyal to the series. Instead of some bandwagon hopper that will happen when people realize just how awesome the game is. People will be leaving in droves from mw3 to this game. They will miss out on on a free map pack and a couple free guns.
the donut shop was giving away donuts to the first 50 customers the other day, i didnt know and didnt show up early. i didnt get free donuts, but other people did. I didnt throw a fit, i payed for my donuts, even though the donuts i wanted had already been eaten, so i couldnt get the exclusive donuts, that i really wanted. No ones fault but my own. They had given plenty of notice of the free donuts.
0 punishment going on here, only rewarding people who see fit to support a product prior to release. Now if it were something like a bunch of maps, and 12 or so guns, then maybe i would take issue.
