With the P55 FTW. Let's see if I can remember this right . Turn on Speedstep & Turbo, turn off C1E and it should give you +1 of whatever your ratio is set at. The Asus should offer the +1 as just another multi. Turn on C1E and it will give you the +4 on 2 cores but be careful with the +4 as it will auto add voltage to whatever you have set to keep it stable. So your setting voltage for stability at 20 then it auto adds it's own voltage to keep 24 stable. tricky tricky.
I can't get stable with turbo on, so I just turn it off. This asus board makes my cpu run hotter for some reason.
