I have to agree with ehume on this one. When I switched to a similar scheme, all my temps dropped by at least 3*C on my CPU, GPU, and mobo.
You don't need the bottom intake if you do that.
As long as you allow the hot air room to escape, you will have no problems with the extra positive pressure created. You can do this by removing the PCI slot covers and such.
I would definitely make the side panel fan intake. Your GPU will certainly appreciate the constant supply of fresh air.

I would make your rear fan nothing, block the top rear exhaust, and make the top front fan intake.

The bottom fan prob does nothing at all.
