£300 to spend on ebuyer

Thread Starter
Hi guys, my 5870 lightning just went pop, rma'd it but they don't stock that card anymore, so I have 300 pounds credit on ebuyer and not sure which card to go for, I'm not againsed putting more money in, and I don't mind having some left over, I'm always using ebuyer, my first thought was a msi 580 lightning but I don't think they stock it, so any recommendations?
Thanks

GTX 570 or a 6970 are your options, both are pretty close performance wise. The alternative to the 570 is a GTX 480 if you can find one for around £200.

I'd go for either a GTX570 or a HD6970. If you could stretch another £100 then get 2 GTX480 and go SLI. Pure WIN.

Yeah, 580 would be a good investment. From personal experience ATi drivers are just getting worse and worse per update, all the little bugs are stacking up, just makes for a horrible experience in the end.

I'll probably be doing the same thing.

Oh, and you can update your sig rig here. http://www.overclock.net/specs.php

Hope that helps.
