Nice bios! I dont think it is ram, I think it has to do with oc'ing. is everything at stock speeds? your ram in bios says its at 99927should be 24

You have tried everything now. It's either your RAM or motherboard. If new RAM does not solve it you should probably RMA the motherboard.

Hey guys thanks for the answers , yes indeed its nice bios and no i havent overclocked anything...

Ill check the ram tomorrow i think , and if that does not solve the problem yes think i should RMA the board.

do you have 1 stick of RAM or 2? If you have 2, try 1 stick at a time, and try them in each slot.
If you just have 1 stick of RAM, try it in each slot.

Did you ever get a solution to this problem??

I am having the EXACT same problem, with all new equipment, tested 2 different PSU's, two different cases (extra standoffs)...

I have to clear CMOS and use default settings everytime i boot up the PC.

I have the same problem. I have installed the Asus maximus motherboard and Intel CPU 2600k and 8 gb of mem and it works beautifully. Then after I tried to overclock the board with the software provided and then the board start and reboot all the time. I tried to clear the cmos by removing the jumper and I switch bios and remove the battery and change the ram but with no luck.

I appreciate any comments or advise.
