Need advice for Fan controllers ;)

alo to all

ive been mounting up my rig, its basicly done in hardware but now its the air pimping XD
in the next months i will add a noctua dh14 with 2 nf-p14 flx 140mm, still thinking on something for the 1st gpu but most probably i will fit there another nf-p14. i will install a karma bay and the case has 3 extra spots to fit some nf-p14 or nf-s12b flx.
So i will have alot of fans to control and i was spotting the Aerocool V12 touch. But after some reading i dont know if its the best option or not. I cant find specs for max amps per rail, and basicly i really dont know what to expect.
I will have around 4-8 fans to control. some i wish to control them in the same rail (like the 2 on the noctua cooler).
Shoot up guys, i am listening for all ideias volts, amps, etc etc etc XD
