Help PC System Heating Up Quickly ?

Thread Starter
I built my PC system about a year ago for the first 5 months it run very cool then I cleaned it using cans of compressed air as it had to much dust and was heating up very quickly but after cleaning it within 1 month there was dust again gathering and not a little bit but a lot.
Know my PC heats up within a hour of being turned on and so does my room
what can I do about this will water cooling help or should I get a different PC case ?
The current case which is a Cooler master Haf X gathers dust so quickly the airflow for the case is as follows:
2 Intake fans - 200mm Front Intake fan and 200mm Side Intake fan
2 outtake fans 140mm on the back and a 200mm outtake fan on the top I do have a option for fitting another 200mm outtake fan on the top should I put another 200mm fan on the top will this help with the heat ?
I wouldn’t mind the heat but it’s my room that really heats up as well cus of the system I no the graphics card I have does heat up very quickly aswell but my cpu temps also go up I have the following set up:
I7 950 Overclocked to 3.8Ghz, ( Idle Temps 44 to 46, Load Temps 68 to 70 )
Cpu Cooler: Noctua NH-D14,
Graphics card: Nvidia EVGA GTX 480
All the advise and help will be appreciated Thanks.

If your problem is the room heating up, one of the only options is lowering the voltages of your CPU. That would decrease the heat. Water cooling might help slightly, but the heat output would still be close to the same. It would definitely cool down your CPU a lot, but your room, not so much.

Making your computer cooler will do nothing but heat up your room more.
My advice would be to cool your room, whether using an AC unit, or simply by opening a window or two and getting some circulation in it.

Your load temps seem fine...

That, and 5 months ago it was Winter, now it is Summer, so that probably has something to do with your heat issues. What are your ambient temps? Do you smoke, because smoking can increase build up of dust and the like very fast, and do you have pets? If you smoke or have pets keep that stuff away from the computer.
