I guess i'm taking that Corsair Psu then.
But what exacly are seasonic internals?

How do they deal with warranty? I don't want to end up waiting 2 months if some of the parts would be DOA. (Happend last time at a local store)

Corsair doesn't build their own PSUs. The Corsair units I suggested are actually made by Seasonic, which is a one of the leaders in the PSU industry. Their units are typically reliable and of high quality.

What about my suggested PSU?

I read that 650W is stable, but can really limit OC potential.
