Shortest dual 120mm Rad?

Does one exist that's <= 260mm?

By shortest I mean lengthwise.

Since there needs to be room for the fittings to hook up doubt it, it is 240 mm for just the fan area and 20mm for fittings. Where are you mounting it and how much room do you have got a pic?

Yeah the fittings would probably have to be on the side.

I'm putting it in the top of a q11 http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product...ndex=63&g=spec

Yeah, that's pretty damn short. The shortest I know of are the magicool ones. They're 273.5 mm long

I guess I can just fit 2x120 mm rads in there? Extra fittings costs, but otherwise should work fine?

A 140mm rad has ~70% of the surface area of a 120x2. (I'm just sayin')

I suppose you could fit two 120 rads side by side, if they're not much thicker than the fans.

I'll still realize lower temps with 2x120 than 1x140 given same noise level even with the added restriction of more fittings and tubing right?
post #8 of 8
Yes. Rads and fittings don't really add that much restriction (compared to blocks).

2x120 rads should be a quite a bit better than 1x140. Two fans vs. one and more/better fan choice, in addition to more frontal area on the rads themselves will all add up to better performance.
