In my bios there is an option for CPU/NB voltage and just NB voltage. What difference does these make?

Dont mess with NB voltage. Just CPU-Nb. NB voltage is a motherboard setting that usually doesnt need adjusting, CPU-NB is the voltage you want to play with, this effects the cpu.

Yea, I am pretty sure is the connection between the cpu and the ram and the NB voltage has nothing to do with that part of it.

ok, thanks!

I'm running my 1090t @ 4.214 1.500 volt. So running it at 1.55 is a bit to high. During the summer time when the ambient temps are much higher I will run my 1090t 4.0 1.45v. My ht link is running at 2100 and nb at 2949.9 @ 1.30v. Bus speed 210 Multi at 20 Memory 6-8-6-24 1680 @1.65v.
I hope this gives you some kinda idea. For some reason my computer doesn't like the fsb overclock as much as the Multi overclock.
As I sit here I have been running prime 95 for over 2 hours.
Gl I hope this helps.

I'm no expert, but I disagree. For people like you and me without an unlock multi we have to OC by raising the FSB and for me at least I need to raise my NBv to get it stable.

Try upping the CPU/NB I found that this does help out when going for the big clocks.

Ok Ty for the helpful replies. I got 4.0 ghz at 1.45-46 volts, 2600 nb. When I try 4.1 it crashes and I went up all the way up to 1.55 volts. I think I hit my wall already
