First, learn to capitalize your "I"s. But I won't go that low.

Actually, most journals being thrown around in the acaemic world are free. If you get apart of a university, you'll have access to nearly every single credible one. But it sounds like you haven't been apart of any actual academic play.

Academic papers are also not absolute - cold fusion sound familiar? Everything is open to interpretation, analysis and evaluation.
You state this as if this is not the forefront of these papers. Frankly, you don't have a sightless clue on the topic. And it is clear as day; seeing that you state the norm that is taught in the first few classes on academic writing for scientific research.

The state of something being published in an "academic" format does not significantly increase its credibility, inherently.
It sure puts precedence before Joe-Blow, half ass, random internet bull being thrown around. Seems like something you like to follow...just based on your avatar.

It's the content that establishes credibility.
And frankly, as you don't read any academic journals, it is really hard to believe that you practise what you preach.

Think about everything you do. When you toast bread, you create heat. When you turn on your computer, you create heat. When you drive to the store. The cars engine creates heat. Name another animal that does that. Humanity is a giant space heater. Global warming is real. And it has nothing to do with carbon dioxide.

I love how every time a sentence starts with "scientists say" it's more like simon says, because everyone automatically takes it as truth in order to win the game. I study engineering at a research university. I can tell you that when "scientists say" something, it usually means that it would be really cool to believe it, so they're going to keep testing it. It's not "scientists have proven, look at the evidence" it's, "OH SNAP! LETS SEE IF WE CAN FREEZE THE WORLD WITH A GALACTIC FREEZE RAY."

Experts are now probing whether this period of inactivity could be a second Maunder Minimum, which was a 70-year period when hardly any sunspots were observed between 1645-1715, a period known as the "Little Ice Age."

Even better... eat more beef. Methane is 25 times worse (or is it better) than CO2!
