The zalzman at least LOOKS good.
We're just trying to help by telling you to completely forget the Zalman kit.I remember reading horror stories about it back in the day.

Zalman Cpu Water Cooling System Reserator 1 V2 Intel P4 Amd Sempron Amd64.
do you have a P4, sempron, amd 64bit {socket 462/754}? umm no, that makes it clear for you before even asking...

getting a 404 on the amazon link,

what case r u running? you could put the rad into many cases...

lol this is from 2006, this thing is old! for your newer hardware it would make sense to get a newer kit

If price is not an option then you should not even be considering this kit. Just do a custom loop or get the rasa kit.

That thing does not cool well. Some people have modded it with fans but it just doesn't have the proper heat dissipation mechanism. It is a reservoir with fins lol. It will at best cool a little better than the air cooling version.

Well what case is good for watercooling. I have a antec 900 case so I probabally will need a new case.

Cash is no issue; but I'd like to keep it under $2k (including the 590 so really $1,100)

Cases are personal choice, for some one interested in a zalman cooler cause it looks cool, you should just find a case that can hold a 360 rad at least HAF X comes to mind I believe 800D has similar dimensions for internal rads. Or if your lazy let ppcs install it although its really not hard to do...
