Max safe temp for Phenom II CPU's is 62 Celsius. Are you sure those are the right temps? My stock cooler for my 955 never let it go above 61 celsius even while OC'd.

OP

Your temps are fine. Cease your worry.

Try taking off the CPU Cooler and removing the thermal paste then apply new thermal paste if you have any, or get a better CPU Cooler

Yes if i remember correctly those were my temps, but mind you that i had a cheap CPU Cooler and the thermal paste was most likely old (about 2 years)

My suggestion is to remove the old TIM and reapply & reseat the heatsink. Also, possibly use compressed air to dust out the heatsink if there's a lot of dust on it.

Get a new CPU cooler or make an attempt at lowering the ambient tempurature in the case.

Edit: I suggest a Coolermaster Hyper V 212 Plus
