He said he's a bit worried about the cold bug issues of the P67 UD4, which I've experienced and it does get a bit annoying.
I bought the Z68X cuz it has 16 phase vrm vs P67 UD4's 12 phase vrm, more onboard 2.0 usb ports, more rear I/O ports, SSD caching is a plus (although I really do not have plans to use it), the EFI Bios, and I had caught it on sell on NewEgg for $180 (free shipping)

As for the cold bug (referring to the boot-loop issue), that can happen on any P67/Z68 mobo.
