hey, guys i sold my i5+msi board a few ago hoping for BD to come out like it was rumoured in june.

anyway i bought a new 2500k and gb board.

remembering my last settings from the msi board, i applied them to this board.

now every app is showing different volts.

so far i believe easytune6 from gigabyte. because its the closest to the bios.

bios settings -

vcore - 1.390
ram - 1.64
qpi/vtt- 1.15
pl 1.22
multi - 48
blk- 100.2

rest is auto.

screenshot is below. i idle at 1.392v and fully loads 1.344 and its stable.

as u can see.

cpuz - 1.18v
intel core series gadget - 1.57v
aida64 - 2.9v
hwmonitor = cpu core 1.18 cpu - 1.39 (same as easytune6)

EDIT: as shown in core temp the VID changes to whatever i set in bios +/- .02v

I've got the same issue with my Gigabyte board. Unknown reason, just that the only software that shows correct voltage is ET6 It's a bummer I know, but look at it this way...CPU-Z shows my Vcore at 1.04v when I'm running 4.5ghz..golden chip????? LMAO
