$650 Budget 2500K Build

My grandpa wants me to build him a new computer with a $700 budget. He don't need a discrete graphics card, integrated are good enough. I've already bought the CPU and SSD leaving me with ~$415 for the motherboard, case, power supply, optical drive, storage drive, and heatsink which is pretty tight.

Here's what I've already bough:
Intel Core i5-2500K $179.99 + $17.55 Tax ($197.54 Total)
Crucial RealSSD C300 64GB - $79.99 + $6.60 Tax ($86.59 Total)

Total spend so far: $284.13
I still have around $415 left for the motherboard, power supply, case, optical drive, storage drive.

MSI Z68MA-ED55 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel Z68 Motherboard - $159.99
CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 - $43.19 after promo EMCKDJF97
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB - $49.99 after promo EMCKDJF27
SAMSUNG CD/DVD Burner - $19.99
Antec HCG-400 400W PSU - $54.99 ($39.99 after MIR)
NZXT Crafted Series Vulcan mATX Case - $69.99

Overall everything I still need to buy comes out to $430.98 shipped which is a little over my budget. I'd also like a decent CPU cooler to allow me to overclock around 4.5. What should I change to be able to fit in a decent cooler? If it's say $10-$15 over my $415 budget then that's okay, but not much more than that. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Only a few areas that I see you can change to save some bucks.

These Boards:
GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3
ASUS P8P67-M

Dunno if you're willing to change the case to an ATX one, but these are cheaper:
NZXT M59
Rosewill Challenger

This PSU: Antec Earthwatt Green 380W

Cheap Cooler: CM Hyper 212+

Just my opinion but if he is not needing a dedicated GPU then I would look at a different Sandy CPU and save a few more bucks. Sounds to me like he is probably just going to be emailing and searching the prons.

I know you already bought it...but if you can RMA it then it might be worth it.

Right now he's coming from a Sempron 140 unlocked to a Dual, 780G with integrated graphics, 2GB memory, a 160Gb WD Caviar Blue, and an Antec EA380W which I build for him for $220 to upgrade his old one that died from a power surge 2 years ago. He wants a separate computer for himself that's fast. I suggested to my grandpa I build him something closer to $400 but he kept insisting I build him something top of the line so he wouldn't need a new one in years.

I was thinking about future proofing so I choose the unlocked model so I could hopefully eventually OC it to 5.0 when I get proper cooling. I think I'm just going to use the stock cooler and overclock it as high as I can with stock volts so long as the temps are okay and later on when I get money I'll buy him a heatsink and a graphics card so my cousin can game better.
