How do I cool this?

Hi, I know all the parts for my build except how to cool it. I've been trying to read the guides and stuff, but I still don't know how much I need/what I need.

My build:
haf 912
i5 2500k will be OCed a lot
6950 2 GB unlocked to 6970
f3 1TB
2 64 SSD's

Those are the main parts. I am positive on putting a 200mm red led fan on the front for looks and also getting a Hyper 212. But, I don't know how many more fans I need or if it'll be better if I just water cooled (can you provide a good water cooler). I prefer silence then price/performance(amount of cooling I need). Thank you!

Just fill out all the fan holes on that case. You could go with a corsair H100 if you kinda want some watercooling action. Should fit nicely in the top. If you want quiet either get slow spinning fans or a controller so you can ramp the fans up and down depending on what you're doing

So, should I water cool or get a bunch of fans?
