Lol oh, just wanted to see if its a good build or not.

It looks pretty good.
*The i5-2500k is great.
*Only get the Pro3 if you know you do not want multiple graphics cards. I have this board and it is GREAT!
*G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB DDR3/1600 is fantastic RAM.
*HD6850 is definitely good, but maybe bump it up to an HD6870 if you can afford it.
*Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB is also a very good drive.

agreed with this.

Thought I'd let you know that only really need 4gb of ram for a gaming build, make sure its 1.5v for SB.
Go for a seasonic drive or something that rebrands it, like corsair. You only need about 600 watts or so, having some head room for upgrading is possible as well.

Looks good to me. Until I came here I always thought the more ram the better! They are spot on with saying for a gaming build 4gb is the way to go. Not to mention it will be alot easier to OC them should you choose to.

Good, that saves me about 50 bucks. Where can I relocate that to? Get a more killer Graphics card or better mobo?

My vote is better GPU with the extra money

Lol. Or i could just pocket the money.

Is there such a significant difference between 6870 and 6850?
There is, a difference between the two

http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/2...ndex,2674.html

I would put some money towards an SSD, its a great performance bump.
