First, punctuation. Second, No, Petra was not bought by Pulse. You can by small strips of silver that's used for killcoils. For a dollar you could make 7-8 kill coils for yourself.

Thinking about it there'd be loads of other people complaining about this if it were a common problem so I'm puzzled why it's recently happened just in this loop. My other loops also use deionised, PT Nuke and kill coils and the kill coils show no sign of it. I can't remember though who made the older kill coils and it doesn't show on the invoice.

Any chance you put too much PT nuke in? I mean... That's copper suphate.

The recommended dose for it is pretty low...

*note for later; never use PT Nuke again...

Every time I buy a 5 litre container of deionised I put 5 drops of PT Nuke in it. The container I'm using now was used for 2 other loops, 1 about 4-5 months ago, 1 about 3-4 months ago and this one about 3 weeks ago.

This is the only loop to have the problem. One of the other loops also has a Phobya nickel plated res in it although that one doesn't seem to have any copper/brass visible. They all have copper based water blocks in the loop and one has an old EK Nickel block which is fine. All the fittings are mainly TFC although this one has a mix of TFC and Bitspower.

Ugh, understandable. 2 year olds will kill you and then bring you back to life just to kill you again.
