Drivers are rolled back still no luck. Iv'e put the cards back to stock, so they are both running at the default setting of 1.025 mV or atleast that is what afterburner is telling me.

I really wouldn't worry about a couple % points on a small handful of games. Mine don't always run exactly at the same usage, and I know for sure that everything is 100% identical between both cards as they're on the exact same bios, 16x/16x slots, and I'm running AB strictly as a monitoring app, i.e. no OC is being applied. It just happens sometimes with certain games.

I wouldn't concern yourself with it, honestly. If it was a 20% difference or more, that I really would try to figure out. But a couple % is not a big deal.

That's true, I'm not really that worried about it, as I said I tested them in furmark and they are both capable of running at 99%, I guess it's just one of those things that bugs me. And aslong as its not effecting my performance in games which I havn't seen it do yet I'm a happy guy.

Very true, something is causing it though. I would just like to know what but it doesn't really look like I'm going to find out.
