I just tried the BIO-Unlocking in Biostar's BIOS, first I tried the core unlock. (where it says press F3 or F4 during boot, then it was working fine), then i think i got bored and tried the automatic overclocking feature inside bios.

First I set it v8-tech engine which says on the manual that its a better overclock performance, tried booting it up to OS then it worked fine, checked with cpu-z and the MHz became a little higher.

So i went to reboot then went into bios again, changed the setting to v12-tech engine (best overclock performance in manual), saved bios, restart then I got a blank screen, no beep codes.

Tried removing the memory ( g.skill 2x2gb) and putting it on different slots, nothing happened.

Tried removing both sticks, unending beep codes, blank screen.

Removed the GPU, took out the battery for like 2 or 3 seconds, then put it back nothing happened.

Tried the CMOS Jumpers from 1&2 pins to 2&3 pins. Nothing happened.

Though im not sure if i reset the CMOS properly just by taking out the battery and CMOS jumpers. Are there any steps to do after removing the battery or CMOS jumpers?

BTW, theres this light on the mobo that says LED_D1 and LED_D2, only LED_D1 is lighted up. I tried using 1 stick instead of 2 memory sticks and still doesnt work..

Please help! Thank you!

Took out battery for 2-3 sec nothing happened. There is your problem.
Hold it out for 5min. Also forgot to add, turn off your PSU completely!

Clear CMOS Procedures
1. Remove AC power line.
2. Set the jumper to "Pin 2-3 close".
3. Wait for five seconds.
4. Set the jumper to "Pin 1-2 close".
5. Power on the AC.
6. Reset your desired password or clear the CMOS data.

Yeah I re-read the manual and saw that info.

But I do have this issue though:

LED 1 ON
LED 2 OFF

Indicates memory error. Could it be the memory that has gone bad or possibly just need to clear the CMOS?

Put just one stick in, still get the error try it in a different slot repeat this until you find the bad stick or slot on the mobo.

At this point I would recommend you get a new motherboard actually, whether it ends up still working or not
3+1 phase on 125W processor, with aftermarket cooling (so no VRM cooling), really really not ideal... even moreso that you were planning to/attempted to overclock
