in b4 the page finally makes its last stop on --- you getting the same card you sent back after they realize there's nothing wrong with it... ~

OHHHHHH I have my GTX 480 that I got from the Dell deal for like $350 when they first came out. As an added bonus, it has a lifetime warranty...

I'll keep this card until it dies haha

It's sad that in Singapore, we run on distributors; and none of them offer any sort of lifetime warranty.
Not XFX, and definitely not eVGA as well.

If something offered lifetime, I'd consider going nVidia for some of my rigs.
But given their tendency to die on me every year, and right after the warranty period; I guess I'll stick with ATI.

Anyway, sweet deal OP; you could've gotten a GT240. LOL.
GTX275's still quite relevant today; roughly equal to that of a HD4890.

Hmm, that reminds me; I still have a Leadtek Winfast 7950GX2 TDH in my display shelf.
It still works.

It seems as though EVGA switched your card from a 9800 GX2 to a GTX 275 1792MB. I think they're close in performance, but I wonder why they gave you that card instead of a GTX 460 768MB or something.

wow they'll replace it with a gtx 275. NICE! BIIG upgrade. if only we had lifetime warranties here in manila. we only have distributors here so we can only get upto 2 years warranty

I pray you get something sweeter like a gtx 460, gtx 560Ti or a gtx 570

I had an 9800GX2 KO version once. Evga one. Then I sold it to my friend when I went 460 1gb sli.
Then the gx2 died, after my friend used it for around a month. I had registered it for limited lifetime warranty but the card doesn't have its plastic/metallic covers anymore!!!
I haven't rma'd it since it's not in stock condition cuz I dont have the covers anymore. Buuhuhuuh.
What would evga say if I'd try to rma it without covers?
