Hey guys, i was wondering which board to pick after reading the recent threads of boot cycle loop problems with the Gigabyte P67 UD4. I will be using a 2500K with it.

I have a UD4-B3 and haven't had a problem with boot cycling or restarting. The board is rock solid once you figure out what to tweak and gets better with each BIOS release.

The pre-B3 boards have problems still with boot cycling, but you shouldn't buy an older board when the B3 is readily available.

Sorry i was referring to B3 boards. So the B3 boards by Gigabyte arent affected the ridiculous boot cycle issue?

I would go P8P67 PRO, since you won't know if you get those boot-cycle problems with Gigabyte boards. Avoid them.

Im quite open to any suggestions. Im more inclined to Gigabyte boards bec my local distributor in Singapore is a billion times than the Asus distributor. But assuming nothing goes wrong with the board and i wont have to RMA it.. im fine with any of these 2 boards.

I wont say i dont use the reset button.. very seldom but as long as i dont touch it will the problem issue? Or how does it occur?
