+1 for bagging everything in rice for several days. Next time use some clamps on the tubing or get compression fittings if you want everything to look neat.

Hope it works out. It's always best to on the side of caution. Did you not want to add clamps, zip ties, or compression fittings for any particular reason?

Let the stuff dry for at least 24 hours. When you're dealing with that much wet hardware, I wouldn't take any chances.
A lot of it all depends on the tubing size. I don't use clamps on my barbs, only because I am using 7/16in tubing on 1/2in barbs, I have to pull on them super super hard to get them off.

I left my iPod touch in my pants and it got washed AND dried, left it in rice in a sealed container for a few days, and it works perfect now. It even had visible amounts of water under the screen.

Tubing stretches,bad luck.

I have had accident similar though, water soaked my first 5870 and had it working later that same day.

I caught things early and just took card appart, dried what i could with paper towel etc then used hair dryer and finally placed card on dry hand towel on top of a belting hot radiator for rest of day.

Popped card back into rig in evening and had no issues at all.

Well if it's any hope for you I had my computer by the window, horizontal mobo mounting with no cover on the top, rained on it...

I ignored the loud whirring sound coming from my room thinking it was builders with powertools (yes it was that loud). I estimate that was about 3 hours.

Anyway, it was my graphics card fan making the noise and I tried that out in a couple of hours with a hairdrier and got it working, and every part of it is still working today...

Though the motherboard is a bit "quirky" now...

Out of curiosity, did you use the tubing that came with the kit? or did you buy 1/2" ID stuff? Because last time I used 3/8" ID tubing on 1/2" barbs I actually had to cut the tubing off because I couldn't pull it off...

You are suppose to use 7/16in tubing on 1/2in barbs if you want to go without clamps. I wouldn't trust my old 1/2in tubing to stay on my barbs without clamps, but my primochill 7/16in tubing is like stuck on.
