Laptop. Which one better ?

Hello !

I need to buy a new laptop in 1-2 weeks. But I can't decide , which one of these.
I have limited budget , 1000$ - Max. Because this laptop will be used every day and also used by other people.
I'd spend more , but others will use it too , so I set 1000$ max price.

Laptop will be used for watching movies - Full HD Movies [ Yes I know , these 2 don't have Full HD screens , but I can still watch those movies ] , surfing web , and playing games. Games like Crysis 2 , Sims 3 , B:BC2 , GTA IV and so on. Settings can be low or even medium , just want to be able to play.

So , I have 2 laptops in mind. Both laptops feature what I want : 2+ core CPU , mid range or higher GPU , 2+ GB RAM , 320+ GB HDD , 17+ inch screen - 1600x900 resolution or higher.

Toshiba Satellite L775_11C - http://www.dateks.lv/cenas/3/53844_t...7_hp_64bit.php

Dell Inspiron N7110 Black - http://www.dateks.lv/cenas/3/54260_d...7_hp_64bit.php

I'm leaning towards Dell Inspiron N7110. As in long term it could be better and I read a review about it which was very detailed and long , and because I couldn't find any detailed reviews about Toshiba Satellite L775_11C. Only some reviews like * '' Will it play Starcraft II ? '' '' Yes , on mid settings '' *

Only difference I see is CPU. Can I feel the difference - 2 cores ?

What about screens , if I go outside , I know it will be quite hard to see , but which one has better screen ?

And last question/s. I know I need to change thermal paste on CPU after some time - depends on paste. Do I need to change thermal paste on laptop CPU too after some time ? I've never opened my current laptop , so don't know even if I can or should I. And what about GPU's ? Do I need to change thermal paste on my laptop GPU too , and what about non laptop GPU , is it even possible ?

What do you guys / girls think ? Dell Inspiron N7110 FTW or Toshiba Satellite L775_11C ?

You own a Toshiba like in the link ?

Does it have good screen ? Is it very hard to see if you are outside - screen , what's showing on it ? Does it heat up bad when on high load long time ? How good it performs in games ? If you open and close , open and close it , umm the screen , after some months does it get wobbly and won't stay exactly where it should , is placed ?
