Shorten your tube runs. Its difficult to tell what your loop is. Try to minimize the runs to make it look clean and help your pump work less.

you can clean this up quite a bit and make it look cleaner. This is what I would do to the cpu loop first the out from the pump should go to the top rad , I would use the inside fitting for the in the use the outside fitting for the out to the cpu that will shorten up that tube,ok the take outside from rad go to the input of cpu block the pick up a 90% fitting and place it on top of res now connect output from cpu to res and that will shorten that tube. The gpu now get another 90% fitting and place on the right side of the gpu the connect the out from pump/res to it that will shorten that tube now take the fitting on the left and move it to the bottom left side of bottom block the connect to the out side rad fitting that will shorten that tube up and should be much cleaner.

picture is kind funky maybe you can see my changes.

@chewdude: After a while the water in your loop has the same temperature because it flows so fast. Regardless whether it just came out of a CPU block or a rad. It's actually a lot more beneficial for your temps to have as little tubing as possible (shorter loop) and it'll look cleaner as well.
It's hard to tell from the picture you gave us how the loop is set up because I can't really see where the tube coming from the bottom rad is going to. Or do you have 2 loops running there?
Would love some extra insight.

I doubt that a little extra tubing makes much of a difference. I have a crap load of tubing in my loop due to my external rad and I can still turn the pumps down to the point where its less powerful than a single pump without really effecting temps. I doubt that an extra foot or two would make a measurable difference. A few elbows are probably more restrictive.

Looks like to me he has 2 loops running, the bottom rad is hooked up to the xspc res/pump combo so it goes in gpu out to rad then rad out to res.Shorting the tubes would make it look better I don't really think its is temp difference here just make it look cleaner a couple of elbows wont hurt the flow and can help make the loop look better.I am firm believe of going into the rads first that's just me I am anal about that,to me the coolest fluid should hit cpu or gpu first and that's by going into rad first IMHO.
