Could you give some photos of the radiator and link in English biggrin.gif. I am also looking for an exter self contained unit as 420x60 + 480x45 + 120x15 are not enough for me any more tongue.gif
Damn the biggest problem of this case is that you are always asking yourself "can I squeeze one more somewhere"?

I just want to say that Xigmatek has some of the most awesome customer service that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I sent them a detailed list of what is happening with my docking bay to their support e-mail at the wee-hours of Saturday morning and had a response waiting for me on Monday morning.

Mr. Vittiglio, you and Xigmatek are officially a class act that other manufacturers should strive to be like.

( Thanks for all the replies above, but it was definitely hardware/cable related. After Frankenstien'ing my other case it worked fine... now to put everything back together >_< )

well i measured and it looks like i can fit it all in, m/b will be back to back, external rads, alter the gpu to lay against the m/b, set up some better air cooling for the m/b, send all the cable up and out! - ive already inverted it, so may aswell send it out the top! and see what that looks like (might win a mod comp).

will start buying what i need and do a full build log!
any comments, ideas welcome - within reason im not that well off!!!!
What a xmas pressie to me..

Hi Guys,

New owner of an Elysium here - it arrived today. Unfortunately they sent me one (overclockers.co.uk) without a Window on so I am waiting to find out if they are replacing the whole thing or just gonna send me a replacement side panel so I can start my build.

I haven't done a machine build for a few years now and something is confusing me. The 2 pcb boards to take the fan connectors - the ones with i think j1-5 and a molex on each pcb - plus a cable that seemingly links the two together. What's the story with that? Am I able to somehow connect that to my motherboard to control it via there, or do I need a separate fan controller to connect it to? I am a bit confused so any advise is welcome.

Thanks

Congrats on the purchase thumb.gif

The two fan pcbs are just fan hubs. They just need power from a molex connector to route power to the fan headers. I would recommend if you are going to use them, plug a molex connector from your psu. This is going to supply 12v though you can hook up a fan controller (make sure you the controller/channels support the amount of wattage used) to vary the power output. Personally, I ditched them and I have all my fans hooked up to a controller.

Ahhh ha! Nice one thanks. I have tested the case fans and they are pretty damned quiet so for now I won't worry about a controller, although I will be installing a 360 rad in the top with 3 120mm fans on that will most likely need a controller - so may as well grab one that can do it all.

Thanks for the reply dude!

I pulled all those out because I use a fan controller instead.

Sounds like something I will most likely do.

OK - next question - anyone tried a EK-KIT H3O 360 HFX High Performance Watercooling Kit in this case? I have one and will be fitting it, just wondering where people put the pump and what mounting options they used.
