its got 2 screws in it from the top, you will have to remove the 2 screws at the top of the drive bay area ( where the clips go in) and 1 screw in the top panel, that will remove the docking station then you can undo the 2 clip screws

when they where first released they came out with no grommet, but that was fixed up within the 6 months is i remember correct.
