I'm going stock with my new psu (eek.gif). I have always been one to sleeve my psu and on a single occasion, I used extensions (psu cables were not coming out so didn't sleeve it to risk my pin removal tool or damaging the cable). This time I'm going stock since I prefer the "compact" design of the stock cables and to improve air flow in my now air cooled rig smile.gif

And here are a few that showed up

Finally! I was able to pick up my 3rd gpu at the post after they held it there for three freaking days and nothing like that was said on the tracking mad.gif. Also, new psu arrived. I'm doing some painting which should dry up by tonight, so I might be able to fire up trifire tonight biggrin.gif

I painted them using satin black a while ago. I didn't use primer (I have bad luck with it and the finish is always crappy) so its starting to chip. I'll give the case a good re-coat of paint sometime down the road.

Almost there biggrin.gif. I'm going to repaint the grommets this weekend.

Pretty decent. I spent a bit more on this mb because of the spacing. Only downside is that it forces 8x in this setup. You can achieve 16x, 16x, 8x but that is a sandwich arrangement and temps are gonna be much more. The top card since its running the three Screens for Eyefinity and is sandwiched by the cpu cooler idles around ~50c, the middle card, ~40, and the bottom ~35c. I do miss water cooling temps but I'll see how I can manage this setup. I'm thinking of grabbing two powerful air cooled cards instead.

Eh, those of you with radiators in the front, how are you getting it to stay upright?
I screwed a HDD cage to the radiator, then screwed the cage to the 5.25 slots, but it doesn't look too aesthetically pleasing.
Oh, and I've been wanting to mention for potential users of 420-radiator-on-top, most probably won't fit with radiator directly touching the case (as in, push only, airflow pointing upwards), since there's a bit of plastic getting in the way (the part that locks the top filter). Needs either shrouds or fans to distance the radiator from the top to make it fit.

My Elysium came some brackets on the rear drive bays. I just zip tied the front radiator to them.

With a 420mm radiator, you'll most likely need to have the end with the ports towards the front of the case. There's a bit of space on the rear but its not enough for the ports side of the radiator to fit.
