*EDIT: just in case if this is your first time... in order to install the block on the card.. you'll have to dissemble the entire hsf. For that you will need a torque screw driver... just an fyi.. most people don't have one

i think i have one.... if i dont ill just get one teehee

depends on the barbs... but for 1/2 barbs i'd go with 7/16 tubing to make sure nothing leaks.. It will be a very tight fit even without the clamps.

You can also put bigger tubing like 1/2, but you'll need clamps, or compression fittings indefinitely.

I use clamps on 7/16 anyways to make absolutley sure i get no leaks... and so far i've only experienced it once within the first 2 seconds of me turning on my pump. I forgot to tighten one of the barbs on the rad and it started dripping

So i'd go with 7/16 tubing on 1/2 barbs

well... ideally you want to drain all the water from the loop before you take it out. I drain my reservoir first.. then i disconnect the tubing from the rad, blocks, reservoir individually. this is my order of taking it out.

1.There will be water left in the radiator so plug the holes where the barbs were with a battery (what i use) and carefully remove.
2. take out the reservoir/pump next. nothing hard here usually
3. I take out the water blocks last.

*oh and i have a res.. and it's pretty big so all i have to do is tilt my case and find a big bucket to drain.

i think that looks like a dd pump.. if it is, then the barbs are 3/8... if so, then just get 3/8 id tubing (internal diameter)
