If you overclocked your pc make sure your PCI express freq is set to 100 mhz and not auto.
The second thing i can think of are the drivers, download driver sweeper, install it,uninstall your video card drivers, and open driver sweeper in safe mode and check 3 boxes, nvidia chipset, nvidia display, nvidia physx, click analyze, after the search is done click CLEAN,restart and boot into windows normaly and see what happens,If the strange lines on the screen are gone it was a driver problem.
Reinstall drivers and you are good.
Good luck!

Will try this. The status on the 1 by 1 stick of ram is that it was not it. Massive lines still appear even with 1 ram stick. Will try drivers.

You do that,or try to press F8 before windows starts to load itself and select the option with (last known good).
Good luck.

I've messed with my graphics cards every which way... Remove OC, down clock, drivers multiple times with different versions, switched crossfire arrangement, switch crossfire bridge... None helped, that's y I don't think in my case that it's the gpu's

Do not install drivers in safe mode, boot into windows normally without any drivers installed.
