You would think with you icore you would be running triple channel memory in a 3x 2Gb or 3x4Gb configuration . .

Doesn't matter hugely. 2x4GB may be cheaper, and OC slightly better CPU-wise (not much difference on an x6); 4x2GB may OC better on the RAM side (2GB DIMMs are better)

870 or 880G, it would depend on the actual mobo choice/features. 870/880G is just fine.

True.

If we were talking about an HD 6870 or GTX 470, there would be no bottleneck. But you are running something more than twice as powerful as either of those cards.

I swear I see my 925 Bottlenect my 6950 . . . Waiting for Metro 2033 to truely stress test it, my rig before this one *(And before I lost my job and had to move back with my mom and used hers)* I had a dinosaur so I didn't own any new games to stress my 6950 and 925. I preordered Red Faction Armageddon the day i made the NE order for this rig and 6950 though. . Its ok but I doubt its a really hard game to run since my rig ran it on highest flawlessly. . .

!!EDIT!!
My mom is aggreeing to pay the difference between my 700$ current Newegg Discount gamer and its counter part as a Bday gift, which is July
Or Just to pay the difference between my 6950 and the 6990 from Frys.com which will be about 200-250 cheaper then rebuying a base unit since I got a actually working one for 380 + I got to replace my moms 5450 with my 5570 so win win
