XFX 6950 Temps

Ever since I got the GPU (6/13/11) my GPU been idleing at 43c I tried putting a fan next to the case so it can blow the AC air into the case, but it been sitting at 43c idle even with the air blowing towards it.

So I was wondering if 43c is normal to be at idle in a AC room around 76f?

I think that's about normal for AMD cards. My old 5770 idled at around 45C.
