Help Souncard N00b(need new one)

Bros, I have a HD 555 headphone and will possibly be getting a 5.1 system for my desktop (possibly), what I was wondering is what sound card would you recommend.

Preferably one that can do 5.1 sound (not virtual 5.1).
It would be awesome if the card had an amp built in to drive headphones. No driver issues with win 7 64 bit

Price is not a problem,...just nothing above 200 bucks.

My current card is the integrated one on my x-58 mobo, Asrock extreme 3

If price is not a problem.

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD ~$180

That is probably the best card on the market for both gaming and music.

like i said price is not a problem but thank you for giving me something of budget. anything in the 150 range will be good too.

Don't ask me. I've used a Xonar DG all the way up to two $200 Xonar STXs and heard no difference with my $40 HA-RX700s and following settings:

2 channel analog audio
44.1KHz sample rate
all "enhancements" off
high-fidelity DSP mode selected

For the Xonar Essence, can it actually do 5.1 surround...if I were to hook it up to my PC?

Optional:
If I were to set up a HT system would i be able to output sound thru the soundcard to my AV reciever?
